Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 28, 2023, Peter Walker notified the Company that he will be resigning from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sterling Check Corp. (the “Company”), effective as of November 10, 2023, in order to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Walker’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
